How we prepare your property sale
We start with the location, features and condition of your property, together with your goals and preferred timing. These details help us discuss how to present it and shape a marketing approach around your circumstances. If it has already been advertised, tell us about the response you have received.
What to share with us
For the first conversation, include the town, property type, approximate floor area and whether it is occupied or available. Photographs and a description of its condition help us understand the property. Mention any plans or other documents you have; we will agree with you what further information is needed.
Marketing around your priorities
A sale may involve public advertising or a private introduction to potential buyers when discretion matters. Before proceeding, we agree the scope of support, fees and arrangements for viewings. This gives you a clear starting point for deciding how to bring your property to the market.
