If your home does not exist yet,
let’s start shaping it.

You choose how you want to live. We help you define your home and understand the plot, design, budget and coordination needed to build it.

• With a plot: review its potential and the checks needed before progressing.
• Without a plot: define your requirements before starting a land search.
• Explore models, layouts and finishes with the original COR HOMES configurator.

We work in Barcelona, with a focus on Garraf. We welcome clients from anywhere in the world looking to buy, sell or build in this area.

The configurator is currently in Spanish. Its selections are a starting point for a personalised study; feasibility, costs and timing need a project-specific assessment.
